So basically squads will be setup like this: Squad Leader: Squad Captain
4 Members 2 recruits. Every squad leader or captain will need to host a weekly practice/game night and keep the squad active. It is also mandatory for a topic for weekly checkins to be made for each squad to see what members are active. Other than that Squad leaders may run their squads under those guidelines
